Testing using a qualitative immunoassay to detect antibodies to Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1/2 (HIV). This test is intended for use as a point-of-care test to aid in the diagnosis of infection with HIV. This test is currently only available for work injury, emergency room orders, and for women without prenatal care.

Special Handling
